What You Do: Contact Camps4u via email or phone and you will be appointed your own personal consultant.

Then: Complete a short phone or email questionnaire about your group's requirements. Then your consultant will find the best venue options to suit your group. You will then be presented with up to 3 quotes.

Cost: Camps4u only charges 7% of the total booking cost plus GST. Remember that some groups are entitled to claim back the GST on their bookings. This is a small price to pay for all the time, effort and hassle this sort of planning can cost you.

What’s Next?  You choose the quote you like best, and Camps4u will complete the booking for you. A deposit will be required at this time to secure your booking.

Then: Your consultant will confirm the booking arrangements. If you require transport, programming or any other Camps4u resources, your personal consultant will continue to be available to assist you.
